Small...but nice.
I like this figure. While yes it is small, that doesn't mean it's a bad figure. You can still pull off some cool poses with it, and yes he does come with both arm cannons even though the product image shows otherwise.

Great figure! Nice details, comes with both guns. The joints can be a bit tight but figure is sturdy.
