It’s a great starter pack to start your decorated cookie pucks or sugar cookie business /journey. Love the free trial software with diff templates and colors. Set up was easy. Customer care replied fast and was very helpful.

This is the absolute WORST printer. It prints junk pictures on the wafer paper AND the icing sheets. Nothing is working to make it print neatly. Ive troubleshot online. Can't get ahold of seller. Amazon is no help. BRAND new. Waste of $300. Do NOT risk this!!

I really loved it ONCE it was set up. While trying to set it up a bunch of ink got everywhere. The instructions are kinda off but you are supposed to remove the bottom off the ink. But be very care-full, I aLeo love how it come with the wafer paper and fondant paper. Overall I would recommend this for anyone.

I love this printer. I keep asking myself why I didn’t get one sooner. Worth the money in every way! Easy to set up, print quality is wonderful and the colors are vibrant!
