I didn't notice any change to my weight but did notice a more frequent change in bowel habit. I have a good diet and I exercise regularly, so in conjunction with these pills I would have expected to see a slight change?

These pills used to be called Thermo Plus and I took them every day before training and they really worked.They seemed to have changed the name and even though the bottle looks the same they aren’t! They have done absolutely nothing. Shame I can’t get hold of Thermo Plus. They must have discontinued them.

Before I start - it is worth Noting that the advert states 120 capsules, you only get a single 60 capsule bottle. ( - 1 star amazon)I've never taken gym supplements, but I've been doing daily weight training and have seen massive changes in my strength but not necessarily my appearance.So I thought I'd give these a go. I can confirm that with Daily exercise (Intense 45-75 minute sessions) and a a healthy diet , these seem to have helped shift some pesky belly fat that has been covering my undercover Abs for the last 31 years.They've also made a huge difference to my daily routine ;) .. without divulging too much.I'd recommend to anyone with a decent gym routine who feels like they've hit a plateau.I would not recommend to anyone who intends to just take them, eat the same, not exercise & expects to lose weight.They're not a wonder drug, they're a support supplement - and I've found they've supported me well!

I’ve done plenty of diets but have noticed a difference in weight difference in weight loss this time is significantly more. Happy so far.
