The belt is sturdy. Materials are of a very high quality. Only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is the comfort but bear in mind I weigh 130kg and a bit wide on the sides. So the belt digs into my midsection a bit. On a cut at the moment so maybe I’ll come back to this when I have less flab on my stomach.

Reviewing after several months useI used this for Squating and Dead lifting, offers good support to brace against. the catch is the highlight - can flick the leaver for instant relief once the set is complete without having to talk it off - much better than my old belt with a buckel that you had to pull even tighter to remove.The material is stong - showing no signs of wear and surprisinly flexible.I would recommend this as a good value belt.

A brilliant product, however, it’ll need breaking in. It’s support allows for heavier lifting without the increased risk of injury. It’s very under priced for what you’re getting, it’s a weightlifting necessity and allows for a smooth transition from beginner to intermediate techniques when lifting heavier than the average Joe. Great product!

Proper powerlifting belt. Came highly recommended, and was not disappointed. A lever belt is far better than a buckle or, worse, velcro. Used properly this will help your deadlift and squat, and even your bench. Recommended.

Unless you are taking powerlifting to the upper professional level, you will not notice a difference between this belt and a SPD belt. The only difference being you can easily change the waist size of SPD belts.

Brought this for my partner and he loves it, Good and sturdy and supportive for the job it’s intended for!
