I got a little nervous when I read some more of the reviews after I already ordered this couch, but to my surprise, the Couch was better than I expected. It’s solid and sturdy and looks very nice. Super happy with his purchase.

I am extremely disappointed in this couch. First, 3 out of 4 boxes arrived. It took over two weeks for the 4th box to show up leaving me with half a couch. Then the couch cushions never expanded after following all the steps and troubleshooting steps. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace two of the cushions. Received those and because the other two cushions were still flat it looked weird so I reached out again and they replaced the other 3. Even with all of them full-size they are different lengths and don’t fully touch so there are huge gaps. The couch is also super light so it moves if you barely touch it. It was too late to return by the time everything was done and I no longer have the boxes so they knocked $100 off the price but still no where near worth what I paid. Buyer be ware on this one, you are better off buying something from Ashley furniture even if it is a little more pricey.

Product dimensions were exactly as described, meaning it fit perfectly in the space I had accounted for. Assembly was relatively easy, and the cushions inflated properly over about a 36 hour period. Couch is very sturdy once assembled, and the included ottoman is quite easy to use.

Shipping was annoying because instead of bringing it to my apartment it was left in the lobby.Easy to put together. Waited 4 days before sitting on it and after having it for about 2 weeks there is still 1 seat cushion that has not expanded all the way. Had the fan on it and beat the cushion. Still not fully expanded.Took a picture of what the inside of the seat looks like.

It as a little smaller than I expected but fits great just don’t count on two people sleeping in it unless they are short

This is a great smaller sectional for my daughter's hang out room. The back did arrive with a small rip and after an email to the company, We had a new piece the next day. Great customer service!

The media could not be loaded. This is a great little sectional. I was hesitant to buy a couch without sitting on it but it was really the only one I could find that was the right size for my space and the risk paid off for me.It is firm, and very light so if you flop down on it the whole thing moves. The back of the couch is short and the back pillows are tall and thin so you can feel the back of the couch in the middle of your back. I took a picture of this to help explain the situation. My solution to this is to put a pillow behind me. Not enough of an issue to give it less than 5 stars but still worth mentioning the discomfort.The ottoman with the reversible top to make it a coffee table is a great touch, especially when this is for a small space, it gives it a dual purpose and cuts out the need for a side table. I do have tables behind the sectional as well to help with the small space issue of my home.My deliveries were a little annoying, there are 4 boxes for this sectional layout and I got them over a 3 day span so I couldn’t assemble it right away and was without a couch for few days but hey, first world problems right? I got it all eventually and I am very happy with my redecorated living room.I was able to put this together myself. It was a little strenuous but very doable.Bonus! My cat loves it too!

POS!!!! I had to unzip the couch cushions and put them in the dryer to get the wrinkles out!! It's like the couch came freeze-dried!! It's the most Uncomfortable padded chair I've ever owned.. I'm literally sitting in my old couch I WAS going to throw away today when I got this so-called couch today. Was it ALL college kids who wrote these good reviews? Or the company? There is NO WAY people are saying this is comfortable.. I'm waiting for my girl to get home..she is going to be SO DISAPPOINTED, and she's been looking forward to this couch for a week.. it looked so good in the picture...with the Ottoman we DIDNT GET.. but I can buy one for $26.00... it's so cheap I won't even do it.. I don't even want this couch...I should have just burned $900.00... I will NEVER again buy something like this again... when it comes to couches and furniture I've learned my lesson..I'm staying old-school and going to the actual store and sitting in it before I buy it.. DO NOT LISTEN WHEN THEY SAY ITS COMFORTABLE... ITS NOT!! CHEAP AS ****.... This is by FAR the cheapest looking thing in our home.. I feel like I'm in a college dorm when I sit in it or look at it...wow...they got me..mad I have to give it ONE STAR
