It worked fine for a while
It worked fine for a while, but now it has the problem where the timer button will not stop at OFF. It continues turning and the heat won't go off. If you are not home and this happens, there is a possibility that your kitchen might catch on fire. Or you might severely burn yourself if you are not careful. It is very unsafe, and from what I have found upon further investigation is this is not an isolated incident. I tried to contact the company but have not received any word from them on replacing the timer. However, the unit is out of warranty.

I AM STOKED!!!! WOLFGANG, YOU ARE A GENIUS!!!
Oh my goodness! I cannot brag on this enough. I have used this to rotisserie a large chicken (6 lb.) and in 40 minutes it was sizzling, brown, beautiful, and juicy! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this appliance! I purchased it to use in our 5th wheel, but when the trip is over, it's coming into my kitchen! Have pressure baked barbequed ribs and they turned out great! Made an enchilada casserole and it was the best ever! Because you can pressure cook at a high temperature, the moisture is sealed in and the meet is moist, juicy, and flavorful. Stoked!!!! In the 5th wheel, it will sit on the top of the propane burners which are covered with a metal cover while we are camping, but then will easily be moved to the floor for traveling. I love it because I can now bake, pressure cook, rotisserie, toast, etc. at eye level instead of bending over or having to be on my knees lighting the oven. THIS IS A LIFESAVER, A TIMESAVER, AND I am so glad to have it. KUDOS, WOLFGANG!

I like it
I really like this thing. I think it is a bit overpriced, but I'm not going to mark it off for that.Unlike a microwave this heats with radiant heat from the elements. Because of this the exterior gets hot. A lot of people have complained about this, but I expected it because of the way it functions. It sits under a cabinet in my kitchen with about 8 inches of clearance above it. The exterior does get hot to the touch, so you should not use it for a storage area like some people do with their microwave.I haven't used my oven since I got this, and I rarely use my microwave to reheat stuff. Reheating items in the oven is a lot better than the microwave because the microwave will dry it out. All I have to say about it's functionality is that it works as advertised.Almost all appliances in the kitchen are dangerous, so this is no exception.Be careful touching the exteriorBe careful opening the top vent - It will shoot out hot steamMake sure to use the top vent before opening the front doorI have not used the rotisserie function, so I can't comment on that. One other thing to note, the timer is great but you can't just set the timer and forget it. I made that mistake with some chicken the other night. Because this thing is so good at retaining the heat the chicken continued cooking for a couple of hours after the timer went off. The chicken was still juicy and edible, but it had shriveled up quite a bit and had lost a lot of flavor. It tasted a little like it had been boiled since it sat in steam for so long. Thanks

It will last about a year.
How is it “holding up”?This is my main and the only oven I use. I use it daily, and I have grown fond of it. BUT, I have started my FOURTH Pressure Oven since December 2015. The first one lasted almost a year and was warranty replaced. That one, also lasted about a year, until December 2017. The third one has just stopped working. We got it in January 2019. I have one more which we obtained free. I started it today. AFTER THIS ONE NO MORE!I love the oven and it’s cooking convenience and speed, but it’s not worth buying, because one can never tell when it will stop working. It seems to last about a year. It’s too expensive for it’s length of service. The quality is poor.

Great Oven - Warranty replacement
UPDATE AND UPGRADED RATING:After contacting by email the sales company, I received an email with instructions for contacting them about the situation by phone. I talked with a very helpful young lady who, after consulting with her supervisor, told me they would make a warranty replacement if i would (1) cut the power cord, (2) take a picture of the cut cord and the broken light bulb cover, and (3) email (or fax) the pictures with proof of purchase from Amazon. An account was opened and I was charged $20.00 plus sales tax for the shipping. I submitted the information on Sunday and today (on Friday) I received a brand new replacement oven. After unpacking and checking all the functions and pressurization, I tossed the old oven and put the new one to work.I am very satisfied with the response to this situation. So now I've increased my rating to 5 stars.THE PROBLEM AND REASON FOR INITIAL 3 STARS RATING -I purchased this oven less than 30 days ago from Amazon. I've enjoyed it and the cooking results have been excellent in the pressure mode. BUT BEWARE! The pressure cover over the light bulb suddenly broke behind the seal - across the threads - and fell off. To my knowledge there was absolutely NO contact with it of any kind. It just fell to the bottom of the oven. This cover may have been broken in the manufacturing process but did not show up until a few uses of the pressurized feature. The result is the OVEN WILL NOT PRESSURIZE. So at this point I now have a very expensive toaster/oven until I can get a part and the identity of a repair facility to fix it.I have sent an email to Amazon and to the sales company connected to PuckOven.com asking for these. Now I'm waiting to see what response I'll get so I can get this fixed. I'll update this review and increase the rating IF I get appropriate help and get back the pressure oven I paid a lot of money for.

Is awesome!
This oven is great for cooking chicken and pork I'm keeping it good and juicy. I don't know really what to say about it other than it has really worked out great for cooking meat, more so the pork and the chicken. This one here is for my girlfriend since she like how well mine worked on her barbecue pork ribs! Cooked in 20 minutes.

used product supposed to be new.
Never used. Oven was a used product when it should have been new.
