Attractive connected watch
This is a nice, stylish and somewhat dressy men's watch that works as promised for the most part. It seems to be well made of high quality materials that give it an expensive look. It's not your typical stainless or gold, but it still manages to go with just about anything from jeans to business suits. This watch displays the time (but no second hand) and date on large hands, but some might find it a bit hard to read in low light since there's no illumination on the face or hands at all, and the color contrast between face and hands is pretty minimal. It fit my smallish wrist okay, and although it's slightly larger than the watch I usually wear, it's not exactly huge. One caution is that if you have really big wrists, you might find yourself needing a larger band.Only problem I had was pairing it with the Armani app on my smartphone. I was able to download the app without problem, but it took many attempts to get it paired correctly. Most of the time, the app simply wouldn't pair with the watch, even though everything appeared to be setup properly. Eventually, after a frustrating hour of repeated tries, deleting the app, reinstalling the app, trying different phones - it just seemed to begin working. This is definitely the weakest part of the solution, and hopefully an upgrade to the app will help at some point in the future.Once the watch and app were connected, the watch worked as promised. Time setting is automatic, and if you wear this watch while traveling, it even resets across timezones soon as your phone clock updates. Beyond that, it does the typical step counting thing, and it also has a sleep tracking feature, plus a vibrate function that can be used to alert you to an incoming message. Minimal, to be sure, but handy at the same time.If you're interested in getting into the smart-watch space but you want to do it a little less obviously than putting an Apple Watch on your wrist, this might be just the thing for you.

Elegant and very simple. By design, minimal connectivity and tracking. No illumination for night use is an issue for me.
Certainly, this is an elegant watch. Looks great in a suit or business casual. The "connected" features are bare bones, which will be fine for some folks. It will track your steps, and you can also manually track how often you drink water or when you complete an exercise regimen. It also tracks sleep. Step tracking was within 10% of my Samsung Gear S3 and my Fitbit. Sleep tracking tends to be further off (generally n bed 7 hours, and it detects closer to 5.5 hours). The watch vibrates when you receive a notification, and the watch hands move to the number on the watch face corresponding to the contact you set up in the app (e.g., wife=1; son=2, etc.). On this version, step tracking is shown using the large hands, but all the instructions I can find say that the small face does that. So, I am presently not sure how to see my steps progress (the large hands move, but I fail to see how the hands placement correlates to steps). You can always go to the app to see your steps. No need to charge this, as it takes a battery (that should last 6 mos to a year, but according to the app, my battery is already at half after just a few weeks. It;s important to note that there is no background light on this watch, so no-go for use at nigh or dark rooms. The three buttons can be assigned various functions (other time zone, goal tracking, notifications, step tracking, alarm, take photo).Summary:- Good-looking watch- Minimal tracking functionality, but maybe enough if you don't care about tracking exercise, seeing texts, seeing your heart rate, etc Very good if you really only care about your steps.- No illumination, so difficult to use in the dark. This knocks a star for me.Verdict:- At less than half the price (with a data plan), my Samsung Gear 3 is a more functional watch. It looks great and is a better deal. However, this Armani watch looks a little more sophisticated and doesn't require charging. But I have found that no illumination at all is a deal killer for me.

Handsome watch
This is a very attractive watch. It's on the larger-side, which I like. It looks and feels masculine. But the subtle and classy design keeps it form looking too macho. The "smart" features are slight, but all I really need is a step-tracker, and this works well for that. I haven't had any problems with the app. I had to get a different band due to my large wrist (I'm 6'2"), which is disappointing because the band is very nice. The price is fairly reasonable for an Armani product, but it's not exactly a steal, either. Overall, I like this watch very much. It can be worn with a suit or with jeans and still look nice either way.

He felt it was absolutely beautiful, and he wears it all the time
i picked up this watch for my father. He felt it was absolutely beautiful, and he wears it all the time. The added, few benefits of a smart watch are a definite plus as well. He has an iPhone 7 Plus, and, so far, it's synced up just fine. He does wish it had some sort of texting ability like the Apple Watch, but, obviously, it wasn't made for that purpose. The tracking seems to work just as well as his phone's tracking, and appears to even track it while he may not be in range of his phone. He's been pretty happy with it, like I said. If you're in the market for a smart watch with a traditional look, this is definitely a good option.

Beautiful Watch
This watch is absolutely stunning. The clock face is gorgeous. My only complaint is that the band is too small. My husband is a big man and note to all designers - not everyone is a medium sized person. My husband will have to purchase another band for it. But I will say the band that came with the watch is beautiful. Overall, we are very pleased.
