We were ready to upgrade from our older soft-sided suitcases, and these feel like a big improvement. The hard shells feel durable and give me a little more confidence that everything inside is protected while traveling. The three sizes are practical for everything from a quick trip to a longer vacation, and the nesting design is convenient for storage when we aren’t using them. They feel well made, look nice, and the wheels make them easy to maneuver. Shipping was fast, the price was great for a complete 3-piece set, and overall I’m really pleased with the quality. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable hard-shell luggage upgrade. Review: Life changing for the airport - I am really pleased with these. I bought them for my boys since they've grown out of just bringing a backpack on trips. We use it as a carry-on for our extra things or use it to pack for an entire week. You betcha! Especially men who long for luggage that will coordinate with their blaze orange hunting gear this deer season. Bambi and his mom won't know what hit them when they see you toting all your repellent, gear, turkey jerky and your secret longing for your brother-in-law in his tight Levi's and plaid flannel shirt -- all neatly packed away in this exquisite luggage set that's as rugged on the outside and as tied down with inflexible cords on the inside as you are. **Q: How many watermelons will this hold?** A: I bet if you grew your watermelons in a square glass then you could fit more in this particular suitcase **Q: what are the dimentions** A: This product's overall dimensions are actually 21.6x14.4x9.2 and allowed carry on dimensions for domestic airlines are 22x14x9. Based on that, it looks like this product violates the carry on requirements. I'm finding that most of the bags advertised on Amazon as carry on luggage only give the bag dimensions and do not reflect overall dimensions including the wheels, which is misleading. Personally, I wouldn't risk spending the money and finding out the hard way that an airline won't accept it as carry on. **Q: Do the suitcases fit inside of one another when stored?** A: They absolutely do fit inside of each other. I recently flew back home to get a deseas3ed parent's home cleared out. I knew I might want to bring a few things back with me. I nested a packed smallest one inside the middle one. Flying back I was able to use the middle one for items I brought back. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable 3-Piece Set and a Great Upgrade for the Price *by T***D on September 27, 2026* I’m very happy with this luggage set. At least I could get it in my favorite color-bright orange :) BUT WOWOW-these roll so smooth! AND it has TWO sets of zippers-I wasn't expecting that at all- so much more secure from thieves (no time to unzip two sets in seconds-one set yes), and a little tip: your bag is not as likely to get searched precisely because the two sets make it much more diffficult to navigate. (wink wink) And yes, I LOVE the color!! SO sturdy too-much more pressure resistant, hard as a rock actually. You won't be disappointed. ## Frequently Bought Together - Amazon Basics 2-Piece Set (21", 30"), Hardshell Suitcases With Wheels, Expandable For Up to 25% More Space, With Scratch-Resistant Surface, Four Multi-directional Wheels, Black - SURE LOCK TSA Compatible Travel Luggage Locks, Inspection Indicator, Easy Read Dials - 2 pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/50746962-2-piece-hardside-luggage-set-21-carry-on-30-expandable](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/50746962-2-piece-hardside-luggage-set-21-carry-on-30-expandable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
