UHU All Purpose Adhesive - 60ml Tube

For decades I have hunted down this product to purchase when looking for glue. Amazon makes finding it much easier than tramping around shops looking for it. It is a very effective multi-purpose glue. It can be bought in tubes of various size (I prefer 60ml as most cost-effective) at a very reasonable price for such a quality product. In my opinion, an opinion forged empirically - which basically means I've tried all sorts of glue over the years - this product is the equal of a super glue in quality but at a fraction of the outrageous price of superglue.

that I complain about its stringiness every time I use it. (You'd after the decades its been going for they might have solved that.) But as a multi-purpose adhesive I haven't found anything better. It's good

I PURCHASED THIS UHU GLUE & IT WAS NOT STICKING THINGS TOGETHER DESPITE HAVING CLEAN EDGES. I CONTACTED THE VENDOR & IT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO SAY THAT THE REPLY I RECEIVED WAS NOT IN THE REMOTEST BIT POLITE. TO CUT THE STORY SHORT I WILL QUOTE THE LAST PART OF THE EMAIL & I QUOTE “ I’VE BEEN SELLING THIS STUFF FOR AGES, IF YOU’VE GOT ANY PROBLEMS THEN I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT UHU THEMSELVES “ END QUOTE. THE VENDOR OBVIOUSLY DID NOT KNOW ME & THE KIND OF PERSON THAT I AM. I DID IN FACT SEND THE 2 TUBES TO THE MANUFACTURERS LETTING THEM KNOW WHERE & WHO FROM I HAD PURCHASED THEM. UPON EXAMINATION THEY WERE MOST KIND, THEY FIRSTLY CONFIRMED THAT THE 2 TUBES WERE IN FACT FAKES. THEY THEN SENT ME A SELECTION OF THEIR GENUINE PRODUCTS. PEOPLE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULD NOT THROW STONES. SOMEONE JUST MIGHT CATCH ONE.

Is good for what I need but expensive. Small ones are only £1 each normally but they are difficult to find at the moment

The Uhu glue worked perfectly for the purpose for which I bought it! I wanted to apply felt to the base of a ceramic/pottery bowl so that it would not scratch my table. A few days later the heads broke off two of the fairies in my garden! I applied a super glue but it did not work so I tried the Uhu and the fairies now have their heads secure. I have also repaired a photo frame that other glues failed to work on in the past. Now I know that Uhu will be my first choice glue! I'm really impressed by Uhu!

Just a shame when delivered, the tube looked like an elephant had sat on it! O_oCareless Amazon deliverers again. Have they no respect for the goods we pay for?I've been using UHU for years. Same formula, first class results.

Received the item with the box being compressed. But it is still fine for usage.
