Felt reluctant to buy this but honestly needed something else to give me energy and satisfy the need for something minty—and-whoa-this stuff has potent long lasting mint! As far as focus and energy I give it 7 out of 10-I feel a bit tempted to chew on it but I advise don’t do it bc it bust open and some type of papery stuff comes out. It feels extremely weird having a piece of what feels like thick wet paper towel in your mouth-but hey if it works,then it works! I’d advise to give it a try bc you definitely get an electric shock of energy right away but I couldn’t hold the thing in mouth beyond 15 mins-hence that is probably why I ended up with 5 WHOLE containers of the stuff.Updated-bought it a second time,this timeI’ll use it more slowly than before .

Not sure what I was expecting. I can tell you what the results are after a week of using 2 a day.I ordinarily have anxiety mixed w/a bit of depression. I'm prescribed 1mg xanax twice daily. Altho most days I may take 1 mg, there are days that seem a bit much to handle. I'd rather not take any. About 5 days after using alpha fully loaded, I realized I wasn't stressed I wasn't reaching for a pill to take the edge off. It wasn't until a couple of days later that I put the 2 together. My anxiety level had dropped at the same time I began using the nootropics. I wasn't expecting this effect but I'm certainly grateful. The next is my memory & recollection of names which could also correlate w/cutting back on xanax. Eitherway I'll take it. I just turned 60, am in great health but did find myself struggling to remember names of someone I once worked with or met in a certain setting. Like many of us I've met many people along the way in work. Some we see everyday like my favorite batista.Their names are suddenly popping up like little bubbles in my head. I'll think "oh wow that was random" but it's happened over & over. Before covid I had a favorite batista who was nice enough to write on my cup exactly what he'd put in my sugar free cappuccino, so others could make it for me ( I'd see him every day) Multiple times I've thought of this great guy but couldn't remember his name to save my life. Corey. I only remembered after using the alpha fully loaded nootropics. He's not the only one there are several.people I've thought of but drew a blank, it was driving me crazy bc I would continue thinking about the person & the fact that I couldn't remember their name. I can now.Energy I cant say I've noticed much difference. I'm relatively active anyway so ....After only a week of use these are my most noticeable changes. I'm not recommending these areba substitute for any meds. It just happened for me. Stuck in traffic or a grocery store with rude people, zero check out lanes etc. I would feel like this is too much, I would take 1 or a half of a pill. I'm not getting stressed so easily. I have made a year of orders of these (full rolls, not talking cans - 1-3 on any given week over that year). The first 7-9 moths of rolls or so were wonderful and my review was a glowing 5 stars. Then I hit my first bad batch (of at least that’s how I think of it, because it’s the entire roll, not per can). The bad ones are an AWFUL bitter flavor after the first 3-10 seconds (the ‘coating’ is still like it should be). My next roll was solid so I just wrote that bad batch roll off.Here recently and with growing frustration, the quality of the flavor has been random at best and decreased to 1 of every 3 entire rolls I’ve ordered being good. As in… ONE good, TWO awful. I’ve gone from a raving fan to a guy giving a 3 star review while thinking it really should be a 1 star, but the early on and when they are good deserve some credit. I did notice that if the rolls come wrapped in the branded black wraps those are almost always bad now. If the roll comes in unmarked white wrap, it is good 100% of the time in my experience. If I see white I get fired up even.At first I thought maybe I ordered from 2 different vendors or something and just needed to find the white wrapped rolls vendor. But… nope… not a thing. It’s random on what they will be wrapped in and therefore the quality.This deserves a 1 if I’m only thinking on the last 2 months of orders. It’s getting a 3 from me because of my early experience and the praise I have for these when they aren’t duds. I’ve canceled all my Amazon subscriptions (on all 3 fuel flavors). If I can get some kind of guarantee that the quality and consistency will return, I’ll be back in a heartbeat. I don’t want any freebies to be clear. This product has lost a customer that will willingly and gladly return if effort is made to assure quality and show some follow through with that assurance.I’m a 2 roll a week customer going to 0 ever again, I’m here ready to be won back with no freebies or handouts. Works totally fine with fighting withdrawal while wearing a nicotine patch... not sure how well it would do if I quit nicotine cold turkey. But I quit smoking 7 years ago and replaced it with nicotine pouches, but quitting nicotine pouches I find to be hard than quitting smoking, at same time all I did was replace one addiction with another, while still getting my kick. The patch I feel is tougher to quit from, BUT will result in actually quitting nicotine vs taking nicotine pouches... therefore, felt compelled to just start using the patch only to quit, which seems to be working, BUT am struggling with focus at work due to the lack of the quick nicotine I'd get from pouches... so this nicotine free pouch in a way sort of helps with that focus. This one tastes more like a real nicotine pouch vs NZE pouches... however I prefer the ingredients in NZE pouches, specifically the artificial sweetener NZE uses, Xylitol vs Alpha's use of Splenda.
