Great product

My aunt in her late 70s is still an avid gardener, but has a hard time lifting heavy items. She has this roll around garden cart that she sits on while she is weeding and hand troweling her flower beds. The rope seat had finally dry rotted, and she could not find another one of similar weight. To my amazement, it took 66 feet of rope to redo the seat. It had 3//8ths rope on it, so that is what I chose.She was so happy.

Great for tying down cargo etc..., but there's something about the inner core which doesn't resist lateral stresses all that well. For instance, accidentally closing a trunk lid or car door on it, almost severs it. Good material overall though..if you custom cut lengths, singeing the ends with a flame does make for good unraveling protection. Avoids kinks pretty well! Ideal stiffness for all forms of knots, but not so floppy that the knots can't be undone. Pretty quick to dry if they get wet. I'd say less than an hour in a dry heat.

Good quality, sturdy rope for everything you would want in a nylon rope.
