The second time I went to use the syringe the needle blew off and I lost the solution

This is a legitimate product. I did not want to go to my dentist's office to get more of the same whitening gel, so that's why I ordered it here. I am happy to say that I will order it here again in the future.

I’m not sure how well this works because as soon as I put my trays in my mouth my gums started burning. I tried to push past it thinking maybe it was just going to be an initial thing but couldn’t do it. I actually bought this because I use the Sheer white strips (which I love!) and I read reviews saying this helps with tooth sensitivity afterwards. I either was sent the wrong product (because yes it Did say on the package I received: “for tooth whitening”), or I just had a bad reaction to it. I took it out after only a couple minutes.

I swear when I bought this add-on it listed product as having 2-Syringes, but what arrived is only 1-syringe.
