This is a great reference card when things start to get crazy. Like others have said, it is a little flimsy, but not a huge issue. The printing is covered by a clear layer of plastic, so easy to wipe down if needed. I keep mine on a lanyard that stays in my trauma kit in my truck.

Great to keep on the id clipper holder thing.

I have an app on my phone of all neuro assessments, but many hospitals will not allow their nurses to have their phones out. So, I bought this tool to serve as a quick reference in those situations. Even with computers, this reference tool helps keep you on track and can serve as a reminder of what still needs to be done/assessed. Would be nice to have the hold on the side so it goes behind my badge, but I can make it work out.

I was expecting a card that was the same sort of weight as a credit card or ID badge. This was more the weight of a playing card from a deck of cards....not sturdy enough for me. Actual content was good, but I like a heavier card that will hold up to being hung and reused on a lanyard day in and out.
