I bought this for the purpose of flipping smash burgers. It's so solid and sturdy, we've found it's just as good for a wide variety of tasks in the kitchen where you need to slice, cut or flip.

Handle broken-do not recommend purchasing this product
Same experience as others, handle has broken. It has had very little use since purchase in March. Not worth buying and the seller does not appear to care that this product is such poor quality and that it has so many negative reviews.
