I purchased this GOBO for an event that I have coming up. When I got it, I was very happy with the size and brightness of the projected art. I reached out to Lucy to get my free custom lens, and she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful with the design process. When I received the custom lens in the mail (only about a week after approving the art) I was even happier with the projector as it showed my logo perfect. There was minor focusing that needed to be done, but it was super easy and made the logo very clear. I am so happy with the whole experience that I am buying another one, so I have two. Ordered this for the restaurant I work at and it’s great! The projector got delivered in one day. Emailing with the seller was super easy and quick getting my logo ready. Had the logo part within a week. The whole process was simple and easy! Everybody that walks by our restaurant loves seeing our logo on the sidewalk!

i purchased this projector ip67 and was so impressed on how well it worked at the wedding I did recently the bride and love it as well as the quests I would give this projector a 10 out 0f 10 the customer service was also amazing the logo came really quickly and was packaged well I was also sent and extra logo with No Charge by the company and when I had questions they were quick to reply and address my concerns and even went above and beyond my expectation in addressing my further need for another logo Jen was Awesome to work with on my design and project for my logos for my other businesses few company deliver quality and customer service but looking at prior reviews they live up to their reputation for product and service in short I would recommend this product without any reservation it was worth every dime we spent.

I emailed Lucy the same day I ordered, and we went back and forth over a couple of days.. Super easy communication. My custom glass gobo disk arrived within 8 days total from ordering on Amazon (including our email time). Everything was smooth, professional, very clear, and extremely easy to deal with. Zero complaints! Top-tier customer service in my book 🙌 The projector itself feels durable and extremely bright. The design looks fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose the higher wattage version. 100% absolutely worth it! The remote worked perfectly right out of the box. Excellent value for the money.
