seems to work just fine
Bought this to replace a different brand's element that burned out after about 3 years - itself replacing the original element that lasted about 2 years. I did have to bend this one a bit to get it to line up with the holes in the dishwasher, but that wasn't a big deal. Once it lined up with the holes in the dishwasher, it also matched up to the standoffs as well (that hold the element up and keep it from touching and burning through the plastic of the dishwasher).This element included the rubber washers and the threaded posts to secure it to the dishwasher. I did have to use a wrench to get it tight enough, as hand tightening didn't quite get tight enough to stop it from leaking. Hopefully it will last at least a couple years.

Caused over heating and part was warped when I took it off
Will not purchase anything from this buyer again. This product caused my dishwasher to over heat and when I took it out it was warped. Not the quality it states it is. Could not replace it due to the 30 days return policy, I now see why.
