Can you use this on your neck to smooth out crepineess along wndpipe neck area?

I think you could use it on your neck but don't count on it to work miracles. It is a very nice base for your foundation and seems to make the appearance of wrinkles look better. It does not smooth anything out really. It is a primer for under your foundation. I like it.
