Fob was exactly as pictured. When I had the Locksmith program it, the battery in the key fob was dead, so he put a new one in and it worked great. Total cost to me for the fob, battery, and programming was $125, vs. $250 from the mobile locksmith. I didn't even bother calling Honda. It doesn't have the Honda emblem on it, but I knew that going in. Not a big deal.

Supposed to fit a 2020 Honda CRV. Took it to a reputable locksmith shop and they were able to make the key, but they reprogrammed the FOB several times would not work to unlock the door or start the vehicle. I'm sending it back for refund. I don't recommend buying a key FOB online. Went to Honda and got one made. Costs almost $400 total including the FOB part, programing fee, key making and State tax, but it works great. Good luck.

Our Honda dealer was able to program the fob to match the one that came with the car as well as cut the key. We only got one with the used car we bought from them. This was much cheaper than ordering from Honda. Now we each have one! Was glad to find the one we needed to match our car.

Works with 2021 Pilot- ignition and remote start. Used local key master, took about an hour total for both programming and cutting the key. He had to use 2 different systems, 2nd one worked, 1st did not. But it worked is what matters. The key cutting took 2 tries- luckily this key master knew to test on a blank dummy key first to make sure it worked- he had to scan the original 2x to make sure the pattern was correct. 1st test cut did not work- 2nd try did and he let me keep the working test key. This new Keyfob works just like the original. Very happy customer.
