MINIMIZES CHEST SIZE- SIZE DETAILS LISTED
I am a cis woman, that being said I hate the size of my boobs which are approximately double Ds. I have been looking for a bra that can minimize the appearance of them as much as possible. This is the best thing I have found so far aside from binders, which I am not really interested in wearing because I feel they would be too restricting and potentially cause damage if I were to wear them daily/long term. This bra is something I can wear daily with no issues, and it does reduce my chest size significantly. It definitely does not make my chest flat, but it probably reduces the appearance by at least 2 cup sizes, which I am happy with. As far as the sizing- My bust size is 35 inches, band size 29 inches. I ordered a small to get maximum compression. I do normally order smalls in sports bras because I like to feel very secure. I think the people saying that it's far too tight missed the fact that this is a compression bra. It compresses. There is going to be some light pressure applied. This bra is a little challenging to get into, however once on, it fits perfectly imo. If you are less interested in the compression then sure you could size up 1. But it is meant to be a compression bra. It is pretty comfortable, and the straps don't dig into my shoulders which is nice. Overall I love this bra so far and will be ordering more in the future.Update months later: I still love this bra. It has held up well through many washes. 10/10

A great bra for working out but a bit tight around the waistband
When I first got this bra I thought I had made a mistake because it was quite tight around the waistband and left deep red impressions on my skin, but I decided I would give it a week or two before I made any final decisions. I suppose this bra requires a "breaking in" period, but after a few wears, the waistband did not make my skin sore and was very comfortable and secure. However, like many things with elastic waistbands, I can see the band stretching out after a few years. As for working out, I have found that it has a medium amount of support and keeps my chest secure and comfortable. This is actually my go-to bra for working out now.Like most sports bras without cups, this squish my chest and does not look the most flattering, but if you are looking for a bra that does bind your chest a bit, this is an adequate option.I have had this bra for about a month and will update this review with any changes (4/18/2023)

DD? Get the 2xl
If you're a 38DD like I am, order a 2xl. The band and straps of the xl are comfortable, but the bust is too small

Size up, runs small
I am a 38C/D. I originally ordered the "large" based on size chart. The large was too small, tight, cups didn't fit. I ordered the XL and it fits ok, a little snug - but that's okay given it's a sports bra. I generally like the bra and the fact that it's a pull on.

Very Comfy Material!!
These bras are soft and very comfortable. I had gone with and against some suggestions in the reviews, being looking to bind with them. I followed a tip that said to measure by rib cage and I did, and then foolishly got the size with that measurement on the high end and not the low end, being a small and not a medium. I had it in my mind that they may not be good for truly binding, and I decided that even they weren't they'd be good for every day use just because they would still minimize and support. I'm very self conscious of my chest and while I had a very high quality binder I've had some physical issues that made it very hard to put on and take off, and it would even cause me some pain in would aggravate my shoulders if I wore it more than about 30 minutes. I definitely should have gotten a size or two bigger on that note though. I'm a very "medium" sized person over all, and a medium would have definitely fit better but even then as tight and supportive as the small is, I can assume that for every-day comfortable I may have needed a large. That being said they have GREAT compression and support, and it's breathable and the fabric is SOOOO soft, the exact opposite of a sensory nightmare, despite my own decision to size down instead of up or on the money. This a really good product for what it's intended for, but I highly recommend ordering "true to size" if you want a tight compression and to size up if you're just going for everyday wear, but be careful sizing down. After just a few minutes I almost felt like I was wearing a binder but without the benefit, and that could be dangerous when working out especially, even on someone using it like a bra, so size down at your own risk. Honestly depending on things go I may order a larger size later because I do really love how comfy the product is outside of ordering a little too tight of my own will!

99 Problems But A Good Gym Bra Doesn't Have To Be One!
To all the women who are doubly blessed in the chest department or just struggle to find a bra that holds them in place in general, this is the bra for you! Size-up as much as possible (consider your back width) because it will be a VERY tight squeeze if you don't. This bra is strong enough to hold cannon balls on a trajectory to the moon in place.

Not to big and not to tight
Very comfortable, great support without the bulk of padding

Size up
I got this for chest compression as a binder alternative and it definitely does compress well, but the band size was way too small. I got a 2x because it said it would fit 46C and it definitely does not fit a 46 band. Also, it gave me really noticeable back rolls on my shoulder blades and hurt a little where it was pressing into my shoulder blade. The fabric is really soft tho
