Optimistic Weight Rating
I think the weight rating is a little optimistic. I'm using it with a Dell U3007WFP which weighs about 25lbs (10KG) and although it does hold it, the whole thing sags a lot unless it is pushed right back. This wouldn't ordinarily be a huge issue, but the tilt adjustment on the back of the VESA plate is not particularly great, so once the arm sags there is no way to compensate for it and the monitor ends up facing downwards.
