By apu if you mean integrated graphics then yes, you can even play modern games at 720p and meduim/ low settings! However if you want a all in one solution go for the amd processors with G at the end as they have much more powerful integrated graphics even capable of running many games at 60fps at 1080p.

It can run gta 5 but expect to get around 30-40fps at 1080p if you use the iGPU.
