Amazing customer service
I absolutely love this light kit, but unfortunately when I installed the control box I don’t select the best location. The box fell under the car and was lost. I contacted Customer service to see about getting a new controller and within a day I was contacted. They asked for a couple photos that I was happy to provide. Before I could ask if the controller could be purchased separately they had offered to cover the loss even though it wasn’t part of the warranty coverage.I can’t say enough about Opt7 Lighting as a company, and especially the top rate customer service. Thank you Bernie and the whole OPT7 team. I can’t wait to get glowing again

No me sirvio
No se mucho de electronica, pero por más que intente no pude hacerlo funcionar conectandolo directamente a la caja de circuitos o a la bateria del auto. Además el chip para conectarlo a la caja de circuitos compatible con mi auto venia quebrado y tuve que comprar uno nuevo. Funciona unicamente conectandolo al encendedor pero no encontre modo de conectarlo desde afuera. Fueron mil pesos y 3 horas instalandolo a la basura!!!!!!!

Opt 7 great customer support
I ordered these light and one of the light strips came defective ( it wouldn’t light). I reached out to their customer support and they sent me a replacement light and everything works perfectly now. They have a friendly and prompt support department and the lights themself is bright and sticks well to the car

Good kit for the price
A bit of a pain in the butt to put on and I wish the “purple” color was more PURPLE but overall this is good for the price.
