Sturdy with solid grip
This incline step from LifePro is high quality with a sturdy/trusty landing. It comes with a replacement grip and poster of exercises. It is easy to increase or decrease the incline. My favorite use is for deadlifts. Improve your range of motion and ankle flexion!

Great quality at a great price
Solid product that does exactly what I need it to do. Perfect for stretching out tight calf muscles and achilles tendons. You can do one leg at a time or both together. The quality construction of this product is obvious and exceeds my expectations. The adjustment is a snap and comes in handy for tailoring the degree of stretch that you want. I highly recommend this product for those that are on the fence. It even comes with an extra adhesive traction pad for replacement down the road.

Great product, use with shoes
This incline step from LifePro is high quality with a sturdy/trusty landing. It is easy to use and increase or decrease the incline for your purposes. My only note is that the grip is very slippery for bare feet so you must use with shoes. Overall great product!!

Nice Product
I ordered this thinking I was getting the bonus features mentioned in the ad, extra slip mat, exercise poster, and the nordic hamstring strap. I only received the slant board. After speaking to the vendor, they are sending me the bonus features mentioned. Nice customer service and so far the product works as advertised. Good buy

Very well made
This is a very sturdy, well-made product.Plenty of adjustments for various angles.Personally, I keep this next to my bed for a calf stretch before bed and or when I'm awakened by a Charlie Horse cramp. A very effective way to eliminate those cramps right away!

Great Way To Strengthen Your Knees
I HAVE ONLY WORKED OUT WITH THE SLANT BOARD ONE DAY BUT CAN ALREADY TELL I LIKE IT! I HOPE TO STREMGTHEN MY KNEES AND DO THE KNEES OVER TOES EXECISES. It has several levels to adjust the incline and is very sturdy. I have patellar tendonitis and hope to strengthen my knees by using the Knees Over Toes workout. It also, came with a band, instructions, a poster with workouts and an extra nonslip pad. It also folds up and is easy to store away when not in use.

Non-stick pad is Pro-Slip
Product is nice with the exception of the "grip" pad sliding down off the board the first day I got it. Defective grip pad, came with a spare that I will give a shot when I get time to remove the residue from the first. Overall a nice product and it appears that I was one of the very few to experience this defect. More of a warning for others to be prepared. I think skateboard grip tape would do a solid job if the supplied spare has the same issue. Adhesives aren't great is shear (why you don't pull your fingers apart if they're stuck with super-glue) so I'm a bit shocked this isn't a common user feedback point.

Durable
I just got it today but appears it will serve my strength training, stretching and mobility exercises quite nicely! It seems quite durable and It has a grippy surface and comes with an extra adhesive non slip surface as well. It Also came with a padded cam strap that you can attach to a bench and do Nordic hamstring curls. Great value given the quality and extra

Unstable
Weight capacity claims 500lbs but when you stand on it with weight there is too much wiggly room and makes the whole thing unstable.
