Removes hard skin with ease!
Very good quality, removes hard skin effortlessly. Fits comfortably in my hand while using and leaves feet nice and smooth. Delivery was quick. Very happy with my purchase, would highly recommend

A good reliable battery operated foot file
Not as good as its predecessor, one of which I had for years until it recently broke. Given its age it was time for a complete new one and I didn't hesitate to go for the same brand/style of foot file. However, although still effective, this replacement looks and feels of slightly lesser quality than its predecessor, but does still do a good job. It has a big abrasive area on the roller which quickly helps to get rid of hard skin, but it's wise to be cautious and not to concentrate on one area for too long at a time to prevent injury. I'd say best used little and often. Needs little maintenance. I was pleased that it is still battery, operated by 4 x AA batteries rather than USB rechargeable and these were provided with it but were totally dead. The revolving file is easily removable/replaceable for cleaning. Price wise I was surprised that it feels like better value for money now than first time around. I can't remember at this distance what I paid last time, but I do remember thinking that it was a bit of an outlay, whereas now the price seems rather good value for money (especially if you happen to get 4 fully charged batteries!)

Easy to use
Great for removing hard skin on feet easy to use and easy to replace heads

Unfortunately does not work at all well…
My feet are soft & had a little cracking on one heel this did not do anything but create talcum powder skin which felt ok for a few minutes until you realise it’s the dust and exactly that- no removal of slightly cracked dry skin. Returned as not fit for intended purposes

Baffled. Had notification to say I’m to have a £2 refund. No idea why. It says it’s to cover cost of batteries as apparently they haven’t been included yet it’s a sealed pack. Annoyed that the day after I ordered it, it’s gone down in price by £3.
