Worked well, easy to fit
These sliders were ordered to fit on the base of our Ercoll swivel chairs, they were easy to fit with the correct drill bit supplied, they were supplied before the described delivery date, packaging was good. They enable the heavy chairs to be moved without any damage to the carpet.

Works well but cheap fixing screws
Certainly makes sliding heavy chairs a lot easier. The screws that came with the pack are cheap and the cross heads tend to give under pressure making it difficult to tighten them so I replaced all the screws with good pozidrive versions.

Well made and work beautifully.
These are excellent, we screwed them to the feet of our wooden dining chairs which are on a travertine floor. Before the chaos made a horrible escaping noise when moved but now they are virtually silent. They were easy to fit, just turn the chairs upside down on the table, carefully centre the drill in the foot then screw each one in place. They are well worth fitting, a very good product.

Moderate performance, at best.
I'm sure these sell by the thousands, but to be brutally honest, I didn't find them very good at all. Fitted 4 small ones to a pouffe on our sitting room low-pile carpet, it was still hard to slide it around. I also put them under a dining chair on a low-pile carpet and it was still nothing special - no real reduction in sliding effort. It's odd, because they feel slippery and smooth enough, but for some reason, they just didn't glide well on carpet. Even spraying them with silicone lubricant made no difference. I didn't feel I could return them as I had fixed them to furniture. Also, the illustration is misleading - you don't get everything shown. It's either 8 of the small ones or 4 of the large ones but not both - you have to read the title very carefully. I only discovered this on receipt of one pack of 8 small ones. Partly my fault, I suppose. My tip: Check out other types of furniture gliders. Performance of the large square self-adhesive types is far better on carpet, I found. Wish I'd tried those first. They really work well.

Excellent service. Product is wonderful
Excellent service. Product is wonderful. We have put these gliders on all kinds of furniture and they work very well, stopping the wear and tear on the joints of chairs especially. I would highly recommend these for all furniture. Will buy more when they are needed.

Medipaq 5cm slide glide low friction are great.
Bought these because the six ball casters on each of our beds keep breaking off, we have carpet tiles NOT thick Wilton carpet. The ball casters provide only about 1sq cm of load bearing support each where as the slide guides provide around 20sq cm. Also the lateral pressure on the ball casters is much greater as well. the sliders I bought were 5cm diameter there is, or used to be, a larger size which would have been even better hence 4 stars.

Better than DFS easi- glide & loads cheaper!
We paid for DFS easi- glide on our new sofa, only to find out they are just stickers they put on the feet! They lasted all of 3 weeks on our sofa, so I purchased these. You have the option of either using the sticker or screwing them into your furniture. They come complete with a drill bit & screws and have done a brilliant job so far :-)
