I never liked instant coffee, until I tried this brand. It's really good and quite strong. Very dark, nutty and smooth, without being too bitter. It all dissolves quickly and smells absolutely delicious. I usually use Puerto Rican coffee in my drip coffeemaker, but if I don't want to fool with that, I just make a quick cup of this instant. I do use filtered water, since our tap water reeks of chlorine, but that's the only special thing I do to make this.

Update: I'm nearing the end of my first can and I'm sad to say, I'm disappointed. While the can is beautifully designed, I think it not being an airtight container is affecting the coffee. As I'm nearing the very bottom, the coffee is losing its flavor. It doesn't taste as strong as it did when I first opened the can. So I ordered a different brand to try next for comparison.______________________This is really great instant coffee as far as instant coffees go. I'm single, make only one cup of coffee in the morning, and hate polluting landfills with plastic pods, so instant coffee is the way to go for me. I use an extra half of a teaspoon because I like strong coffee. It's definitely low-acid because it does NOT affect my stomach like coffee usually does. I add my mushroom powders in with a little French Vanilla creamer and I am good to go! Has a great little kick of caffeine to get me going too. My only complaint is that I didn't see a decaffeinated version available because that would be really appreciated for an after-dinner cuppa. (And I just love the colorful design of the can!)

We love trying new products and this one is a nice to add to stock for adding to our hot chocolate mix to amp up the flavor. Have on hand for those camping moments or just a quick a boost.

I’m a coffee enthusiast who strongly appreciates the taste. I also consider the recyclability of the metal can, which is a positive aspect. I prefer to order the same coffee again because it’s of good quality. I always use a dry spoon to avoid contaminating the coffee.

I ADORED the Boomi gold flavor! Smooth and yummy!I drink all my coffee black without adding anything, so flavor is extremely important.The flavor of this Classic is burnt & bitter. Not worth the money. I’d rather have Folgers which is an organic which tastes better than this.I wouldn’t order it again.I would only order the gold.

Truly one of the best coffees, especially considering the fact that it's an instant one. I purchased this to mainly use in a tiramisu recipe, but it ended up being my go to coffee. It's super smooth, and has no bitterness.

I like this instant coffee. Great flavor. I ordered this coffee because company says it's mold free. I do not see anywhere on the can that it's made mold free. If it truly is, then it's 5 stars.
