Complete Keyboard Player: Picture Chords

I am sure this is a great book for a more advanced piano player. The trouble is I am a beginner and it was way beyond me so with regret I had to return it as I doubt I will ever get far enough to memorise so many chords. The idea was good, chords in pictures but I had hoped it would show the progressions in an understandable way for a beginner but after page one I was lost!

If you learn electronic keyboard or wish to interpret chords for Piano playing, this is a concise chord guide of just about every chord on this planet (unless you are into the extremes of Jazz, which I am!). I use it as a great resource for my pupils, and can therefore recommend!

I don’t enjoy looking at this book and find it complicated!I’ve played the piano for over 15 years and I want to improvemy knowledge of theory. I have to admit I’ve been through5 books and I’m still not comfortable. I’m constantlybeing reminded why I never wanted to study this subjectbut I won’t give up! I will master this subject.Please note: My product was a used book there was nothingwrong with the quality. I encourage everyone to buy usedbooks especially if they’re supporting a good cause as this onewas. Clearly, I won’t be sending it back.

Just what I wanted, great book.

Sweet book for someone who hasn't got a clue (me). My Girlfriend can read music and says it's handy as a quick guide. I purchased it mainly for my use with my synth and it does the job well.
