Docking Station for Steam Deck/ROG Ally, 6 in 1 4K@60Hz Stream Deck Dock

Completely ramped up my gaming life! Had to give up my PC due to health reasons, I play games from bed now. That said, this is absolutely perfect for the steam deck, and works like a charm! Highly recommend getting this and a portable monitor! (FYI, most games you can't run past 2K if that on the Steam Deck, so if you decide on a portable monitor, go 1080P or 1440P 😉).

This docking station works great with my Steam Deck. The fit is secure and stable, and it’s nice being able to set the device upright alongside my other consoles without worrying about tipping or wobbling. All the ports work as expected. I use it in Linux mode with a connected keyboard and mouse, and the USB connections have been solid and responsive. The Ethernet port is a huge plus — downloading games over a wired connection is much faster and more reliable than Wi-Fi. Charging through the dock works smoothly as well, keeping everything powered while I play or work. The overall build quality is solid and feels like it’ll hold up to daily use. It’s also compact enough to throw in a backpack if you want to take it with you — super portable and convenient. If you're looking to expand your Steam Deck’s functionality and keep your setup clean, this is a great accessory to have.

It's great! I was hoping to connect my steam deck because the battery dies kind of fast, and it's a very heavy console so my wrists hurt after about an hour of using it, but with this docking station I can just plug it and continue playing without worrying about the battery life nor my wrist pain. It really is a life-saver. I was also having issues connecting my controllers to the steam deck itself, but with the docking station I can just plug them in without the need of Bluetooth connection. There's absolutely no issues with the docking station itself: it came in perfect condition, it runs games perfectly on my TV, and it doesn't cause any damage on the steamdeck, just in caee anyone was scared that it might damage it somehow. But keep in mind that you might have to switch the graphics (the resolution) manually when you switch from using it on your TV vs the deck itself. It doesn't happen always, and it's easily fixed in like two seconds, but I was a bit taken aback when I noticed the image quality at first. Overall, I wish I had purchased this sooner since it would've saved me a lot of trouble!

I’ve had this product for a month now and I’ve gotta say, it’s PRETTY GOOD! I’ve been using it for my Steam Deck OLED and I’ve had no issues with connectivity or anything of the sort. The quality is also very nice as well. It’s not light and doesn’t feel cheap or too heavy. I’ve also have yet to have any issues with any of the ports on it so far. My only issue is the ethernet port. It can be very stiff putting in the cord into the dock and can be scary to unplug it with the amount of force you may have to use. I think this product is a great pick up if you want to play your Steam Deck on the big screen, AND DON’T wanna play the pricing of the officially licensed one.

It took us a minute to set this up, as we had a green screen with some bad interference at first. Restart your TV, it should fix that problem if it was on before you plugged the dock in! As of now, it works great. It a little blurry, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. It did a great job at playing FF7. Charging works fairly well, a little slower even though we have the steam charger. Has a ton of ports to use, but we went with HDMI and that seems to be working great. Would recommend!

I’ve been using this dock with my Steam Deck and it’s been great so far. Setup was plug-and-play and it outputs to my TV without any issues. The Deck sits securely in the dock and all the ports work as expected for charging, HDMI, and accessories. I was also pleasantly surprised that it works with my Switch 2 as well, which makes it even more useful. Video output is stable and there’s no connection fiddling required. Overall, it feels well-built, does exactly what I need, and costs a lot less than the official options. Definitely happy with the purchase.

I used this to connect my steam deck to my tv to use as a consol while on the couch. It works great! I did have to mess with the color settings on my tv to make it look like it should, but my tv is not high quality. I would recommend!

Update: they did indeed work with me to replace the unit for a working unit despite failing after the warranty period. For that reason I've updated my review to reflect this. Good on them for doing this, thank you :) Original review: I've owned this for two years. When it works, it was great. The problem is, it breaks all the time. Like every few days, I come in to play a game on the deck, and it refuses to connect to the tv, no matter what. It will still take a charge but for whatever reason it will not output hdmi at all. It's not the cables and it's not the tv and it's not my hdmi splitter box - my ps5 and xbox DON'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM, only the steam deck... aka this connection. So now I'm having a meltdown in my household because this product is notoriously inconsistent. Like it said, if it works - which is usually does after doing the whole power cycle song and dance, it's fine. MY problem is that it breaks every few days for no reason and no powercycling seems to do anything. The HDMI connector is too long so it sticks out from the connection point and bends easily. I suspect this is part of my issue. I've somewhat hated the steam deck and I suspect it's actually this device, not the deck, causing me problems. I'm moving on and considering other solutions.

It works out of the box and performs as expected. No latency observed and would totally recommend it.

Passt perfekt für das Asus Ally Rog, HDMI und alle anderen Anschlüsse funktionieren problemlos.

Es funktioniert ohne Probleme mit dem Steam Deck. Das einzige was mich stört ist der Lan Anschluss. Das Lan Kabel klinkt nicht richtig ein und es geht bei kleinste Verschiebung wieder raus. Deswegen 1 Stern Abzug. Sonnst alles in Ordnung
