Good product, five star service
Recently we bought two of these fans. The fans are expensive but now we feel that they are worth it. Initially we had issues setting them up and getting them to work. The only reason we are really happy to keep these fans is the service representative Mr Rupesh Kumar who came down twice and worked with us and explained everything and really made all the difference. It is hard to find people like him these days. Even when we are upset and angry, he was calm, cool and patient. Thank you, Rupesh and sometimes people like you make all the difference 🙏

LED light not functioning
LED of fan has not worked since the day of installation, and despite multiple complaints to your service center, I have received no response or resolution. I have reached out to your service staff numerous times, but my concerns have not been attended till now. This lack of responsiveness is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expected prompt assistance, especially for a high value brand-new product that has been defective from day one. I request an immediate resolution to this issue.

Motherboard faulty on a sealed pack. Low airflow
3 hours wasted by company technician still it didn’t work. Motherboard issue on arrival. No air flow compared to traditional fan like speed of 2 or 3 maximum. Edit1: After replacing motherboard which took 3 weeks fan is working now. One or two times it gave some continuous beep issue due to voltage fluctuations while other devices at home were working fine.
