Found them difficult to wear preventing a good night sleep.

Worked for me and my partner but my partner found it uncomfortable. Good that there was a selection of sizes got the right one and it worked. I found it uncomfortable at first but once you get them into the nostrils right its fine. Im still using mine. Only problem i found was no cleaning instructions tells you to clean but not how!!

Very disappointing. The first couple of nights we thought we noticed a slight improvement, but this didn't last. The only plus point is - they are reasonably comfortable to wear.

I have problem with breathing through my nose at night and all the stuff that comes along, snoring etc. Somewhere I've read about apnea recently and realized how dangerous eventualy it may become as it may lead to many life threatning conditions. I've also realized that especially during the last year I've started to feel tired after waking up in the morning or to have a kind of elevated blood pressure (not much, but there was no obvious reason for it, at least to me). So I had to start from somwhere and bought this product. Don't know yet for sure, as I am using this product for only few weeks, but I think I feel better as I can breathe through my nose the whole time without any need to breath through my mouth as it was the case so far. Along with nostrils rinsing I find this product to be fine. I certainly sleep better and have feeling that I wake up less tensed. As for the accomodation time it really doesn't take long (with the right size) to forget about the fact that you have your nostrils stuffed with something. Delivery time since I do not live in the UK was great. I've got my package on the first day of the stated delivery date range.

Seems to work better than most - quite comfy if you use a little vaseline or similar

The product arrived quickly. I have been using it for a while now. My partner says it cuts down the snoring but doesn't irradicate it completely. However, I sleep better and deeper and believe I am now getting the restorative sleep needed

so sad - they did not work.
