Sturdy
Replaced a 20yr old bracket for this for my 50kg bag and so far so good. Keeps the bag steady, no squeaking, no rattling.. actually makes the bag heavier impact 👍🏽Only rec is to not bother with the metal wall plugs provided in concrete walls. Absolute rubbish as you cant drill the required EXACT width to keep them tight for a heavy bag. On first attempt with these the bag and bracket fell off the wall. Plastic wall plugs are always the best option.

Excellent product …. Fixing it to wall a little tricky
The product is really excellent. The fitting instructions are really poor and it’s very difficult to fit to a wall. Strongly recommend anyone buying it should do a lot of homework on this prior to attempting mounting.

Heavy-duty bracket
Perfect and holds heavy bags that most say they do but don't top marks this is Perfect for heavy bag floor to ceiling reflex ball

Not fit for purpose
Bracket failed in several places. Had a 70kg bag in it for 6 months and the frame of the bracket has bent and the supporting bolt has pulled through the top of the frame. Waste of money. Avoid.

Quite sturdy , but over priced
The fixings that came with it are not up for the job, I am using a heavy bag and the fixings gave way ( nearly causing injury) so I used much more larger hex head raw bolts chemically fixed into brickwork. The bracket flexes so I don’t know how long it will last ? You can not use it at full extension as it will break. In my opinion it is over priced and ok for light bags .

It works as a barn hoist.
I have a barn and needed a hoist to allow lifting items to an elevated storage area.There are no easy solutions for a manual sidearm that can be moved to the side and has an adjustable length.This one is perfect. I bolted it to a sturdy support beam and attached a pulley and rope system. Now, I can simply lift items to the upper storage area and then swing the arm out of the way.
