A little shallow
It doesn't come with hardware to mount it to the wall. If the TV isn't flush to the wall, the top speakers are blocked. UPDATE - I mounted it anyway (after buying screws) and the top-firing speakers almost clear the bottom of the TV (which IS flush to the wall), but not quite. If the shelf extended out an inch or two more, I'd have no complaints. Adding another star because the install is adequate and the mount is sturdy with a hole in the back for the inputs.
