Curing for Corned Beef
I purchased this to cure a beef brisket prior to St. Patrick's Day. For the record, I followed an Alton Brown Recipe. It did the job. It came out far better than the usual store-bought corned beef. I was very pleased.

As advertised. The label is a little different but with the same information. I wanted powder, this is granular. Performs as you'd expect.
