This is one of many good little lapel mics, but note that it has a three-ring plug, which means it works with all Apple products, unlike the others. Just select "external mic" under settings. The cord extension is great, too, if you're moving around and using this with a camcorder. Great price as well. My wife is a teacher working from home because of the coronavirus, so we use it with several different types of equipment, for teaching cooking (she teaches home ec) while I act as cameraman, or teleconferencing with other faculty and staff on her MacBook. Huge improvement over the built-in mics.

Tried for 2 hours to get this to work with my iPhone 11 and MacBook Air with no luck. Product description says it's as easy as you plug in and start recording. Tried that many times with no luck recording a video on the iPhone, then Voice Memos on iPhone, and then Quick Time Player on the MacBook. Looked for a website to help figure it out and it directs me to FaceBook messenger. Don't buy this product.

It didn't sound as good as I expected for the price, it's a $30 microphone that sounds like one of the $10 - $15 microphones. The microphone on my Corsair headset, which was $40, sounds way better then I hooked up the extension cable and it suffers from serious ingress noisy as hell I cannot back this product I'm returning it right now and getting what I really wanted

This is the only one that seems to work perfectly on all devices (computers, laptops, cell phones, even voice recorders). The adapter is great for plug and play on devices that have a shared speaker & microphone port. The only thing that could make this better would be an on and off switch for live meeting recordings with multiple mic setup.

The packaging is neat and artsy. That an adapter is included is a great bonus and prize. It is user-very friendly. I have used it for lecturing in a crowd of 250 and it did not once give a feedback. The back seaters say they hear it well! I hope it lasts!!!

This was perfect for me to record on the go on my phone while keep voice sound quality. Comes with a leather pouch case to store away the mic.

It is easy to use but the clip position makes it hard to hide. Sounds is good and eliminates background noise. I use it for live international TB debates and interviews and never had a sound quality problem
