Best cables ever
This is likely the best cable I have ever owned, like seriously, it works just for about everything, I have not encountered a thing it would not work on, I needed this a lot back in 2016-2019 when USB C was becoming mainstream but this didn't exist exactly like this, nowadays it's a wonder, I can use my high power rated Power Bank to turn on most things.Thank you!

perfect for an electronics tool kit
got this to add to my electronics kit so I could test various devices to see if they are working without having to have a ton of different cables, first thing I used it on was a monitor my buddy found by the dumpster at his apartment, the thing had odd power requirements but this thing worked fantastic to power it up. the monitor was broken unfortunately but thanks to this guy we were able to see the original owner smashed the screen

Adaptable Adapters: Tech Lifesavers for the Right Device
TL;DR: Quality adapters with handy voltage display, user diligence required, laptop compatibility hiccup, successful diffuser test, future potential use. These adapters are like the trusty sidekicks in the world of gadget connectivity – they do their job and do it well. The standout feature? The built-in voltage display, which feels like having a mini tech genie telling you everything's in check. But, as with any tech tale, there's a twist. The mantra of "know what you're buying" rings truer than ever here. In my quest to power up my laptop via my battery bank, I stumbled. I overlooked my laptop's battery specs, leading to an anticlimactic non-starter when the cable and laptop first met. A classic case of user error, a reminder that in the tech world, it's always "measure twice, cut once."Not one to admit defeat, I tested these adapters on a small air diffuser, and voilà – success! They powered it up without a hitch. Sure, I don't need these adapters for my diffuser, but it's reassuring to know they work.So now, these adapters are like those extra buttons you get with a new coat – not needed right now, but potentially lifesavers down the road. They might be lying in wait for now, but I'm keeping them close – you never know when tech destiny might call.

Works as advertised, even at 12V providing the USB-C adapter you are providing supports 12V output
It has consistently worked, even at 12V, but I had to find an adapter that does support 12V output. Sure enough the charger that came with an old OnePlus 8T had support for 12V @ 3A and I can confirm that it does work.I've been using the OnePlus 65W charger to power a Circadian Optics Lattice lamp that requires 12V @ 1.5A. I just make sure I set it to 12V before plugging in the barrel adapter, and after that it's good to go. Which is nice since I don't have to carry or even use the 12V adapter that came with it originally.

It's ok
This is an ok cord. You need to be careful as if the product you plug it into doesn't have over voltage protection you can fry the device you plugged it into by accident. It also does not always remember the last voltage you set it at but returns to lowest 5v. This would be something I would not buy again.

doesn't work, don't waste your time or money...
I bought this product in hopes to be able to use my new large anker portable charger that is compatible with laptops and other larger batteries, but of course it works with only usb A or C. This one seemed to have my size and be able to give 20v to easily charge my laptop. I was wrong because not only did the product get here a day late because the people didn't ship it on time, but it literally didn't work. I tried it with the portable charger, which is reliable by the way so its not ankers fault, and I tried it in the wall with no results really. The closest I got to getting it to work was it flashing for a second of charging and then going away. This is not user error by any means because I tried everything to get this mf to work, I even had my brother who has a degree in electrical engineering and computer expertise try. On top of this all, even the sizes that were supposed to fit don't fit right and the quality sucks in general. I am very disappointed and I have never written a review before, but this simply grinds my gears too much to leave alone. The product is a flop, don't let them waste your time and money, trust me.
