The FLEXXI FitQuick Plus - Mini Exercise Bike is a well made sitting down exercise bike which is ideal for anyone who needs to build up their leg muscles after hip or knee surgery. Its very lightweight and as others have mentioned it can move while using but I see this as an advantage as if it was more heavy if would be much too heavy for many elderly people for which this unit is intended. Making it difficult to lift up onto a table top to use to exercise your arms. As others have mentioned there are no instructions and the website link and qr code take you to a page with nothing on. This aside for the price paid its well made, lightweight, looks good and works well. The enclosed tools to attach the pedals work well. Make sure you fit the correct pedal to each side. The pedal marked R on the right and L on the left. The threads are left handed so turn the opposite way to what you are used to.

Easy to assemble, easy to move around with the built in carry handle.Really pleased with the very smart little bike, they were a few similar but I got this one as it has larger pedals, which are an added bonus as well as been able to use it with my arms, great value for money!

Assembly was straight forward without instructions. Leaflet supplied with the unit indicates "Read the user manual before use" . Tried to open the user manual via the QR". Unable to open to access the user manual. Not impressed. Will try to contact the company by email. Do not hold a lot of hope.

Sent this to my mother, and she had great difficulty putting the pedals on because there were no instructions! One had to go clockwise and the other anticlockwise! It's only because I had one from a different seller that I had instructions we could use for both!

No instruction manual. Unclear how to attach pedal straps. Too light so rocks from side to side when pedalling. Disappointing piece of equipment
