Makes nice big ice cubes for drinks

Ice cubes fit perfect in our glasses. Only down side is the lids are a tad awkward to fit on. And getting the cube out can be a task too. Otherwise no issues.

I make my own stock and find these cubes great for freeazing. Depending on the number of people I am feeding, it is easy to calculate the required amount to stock needed. Tasty and economical.My daughter's Pugs do agility, so to fill them up and keep their weight down, she feeds them boiled swede and carrots. Having cooked the vegetables, I reduce the water to a minimum, then freeze it in the cubes. Then on hot days we give a cube to the dogs, they love them. However; be warned despite only having use water and vegetables, the cubes taste like vegemite. The main thing is you can freeze anything in the cubes, easily removed, used time and time agin. Also dishwaher safe.

Many uses for storing larger quantities of things you make, or buy to freeze.If you are worried about food going off and food value( buying in larger quantities for price savings) it is very useful. Cook alot..not sure how I missed these before.

Great size cubes and easy to get out. The lids aren’t very secure so be careful when carrying them to the freezer when full of water
