It has to warm up before it will brown any food.
I love my 6 quart air fryer. It is so easy to clean and operate. You can open and look at your food your are cooking at any point you want to. It browns chicken real well and it is decilious. Just dip your chicken in milk and then in bread crumbs. I have cooked chicken, ribs, and steak in mine and all turned out perfect.

What’s up with it?
Purchased the air fryer December , 2022. It is no longer working as of July 1, 2023. I am not sure if there is a reset button or not. We used it a couple of days a week.

Air fryer works delivered in a box that looks like it had been dropped basket seems to be off-centered when pushed in but it Cooks okay decided to keep it because it was the second one with damaged box as far as air fryers go it's great
