Poor quality
The materials are just poor quality. The pin's to remove the links bent too easily with little pressure making the tool now useless. I do not recommend this at all.Update: Seller is also poor. They reached out to offer a full refund outside of Amazon and saying there would be no need to return the item to Amazon. It never happened, so I've had to report the seller. Clearly it was to try and prevent the buyer returning the product before the last return date.

Works well and cheap enough
Finish on the tools is good, I haven't used the splitter yet, but the quick link pliers worked well on both KMC and SRAM chains for both opening and closing the quick links. Comes with extra KMC quick links, which is a bonus.
