Hello! I am an adult who struggles with anxiety/depression; Levy’s coloring books are not only fun and whimsical, but a “must have” tool in my toolbox to help me cope with anxiety. I have just recently been introduced to coloring therapy. I saw some samples of Whimsical Forest illustrations and had to purchase! Wonderful and meaningful!

Love Uris’ art in this coloring book, very unique and relaxing and beautiful, good quality!

The paper choice is good. It does have a reminder to put a piece of cardstock behind your work in progress if you are using markers, which is wise. The pages are one sided so you don't have to pick which one you want to color, which I appreciate very much. The designs are all unique and very whimsical, I love them all! What a sanity saver!
