Like the comfy style and the included foot warmer. Higher is adjustable if the desk is not so high.

Velcro
It has 3 layers.Held together by velcro and they don't hold together. Not enough velcro to hold together. Poor design!!!

Everest foot rest
I like the foot rest so far, it’s soft, cozy pocket & adjustable. However, the Velcro doesn’t stick at all to keep the 3 levels together.
