I was a bit confused when I ordered these capsules. I thought these capsules will cure persistent couch however, the more I read, I feel that is not the case. These capsules are daily supplements to be taken two at a time during the evening to prevent persistent cough. Whatever the use, I do know that cough lasts for a really long time and if this product does what it says it does than it might be really good for people suffering from cough. The packing contains 60 capsules which will last you a month. I really love the fact that the capsules are vegan and vegetarian friendly and made from lots of natural ingredients. I don't see any harm in trying these if it does help prevent from having persistent cough. Only flipside I would say is the price. £20 for 30 days worth supplements feels a bit on the higher side.

I like ginger in all its forms - biscuits, cakes, tea, crystalised, covered in chocolate and sliced into stir fries, but not it seems in pill form. I'm sure there's science behind this and coughing but they did not suit me at all. I've had a niggly cough after a few weeks of flu, so thought I'd give these a try wary that confirmation bias might be a factor if me cough did disappear. Anyway I didn't go the full course with these and only used them for about 4 days with no significant results apart from giving me indigestion, ginger flavored burps and strange dreams.

Containing all natural ingredients the makers claim this helps prevent a persistent cough and so far they have - but whether this can be attributed to this product or blind luck is debatable.They contain 3 ingredients: Vitamin C which has long thought to be beneficial to helping common colds, Ginger whose health benefits are reknown, but the main thing is N-Actyl-L-Cysteine or NAC which has been shown to normalise mucus production and help normalise inflamed lung cells which means less coughing. The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or unpleasant effects, but just seem slighly pricey at £20 for one months supply (there are 60 capsules but you take 2 daily).I will finish the rest of the course and if I don’t get a cough I will consider re-purchasing this product.UPDATE: well I’m coming to the end of this month long course of tablets and I haven’t had a cough. This is incredible for me who ALWAYS has a persistent niggly cough! Is it these tablets, or just coincidental that I didn’t catch a cold whilst taking these? I guess we won”t know but I have re-purchased these which should tell you that I believe they HAVE been effective. By buying direct from the manufacturers you can bring that price down to £14.99 if you sign up for a monthly delivery (first month £13.50 using their promo code) which makes them even more attractive.

The are small and easy to swallow. We can’t say that the tablets or his own immune system which would have got rid of the cough at the same speed as most viral coughs don’t last more than three weeks anyway. He also found that, unlike pastilles or linctus that soothes the irritated throat and can help, these didn’t have any immediate soothing effect at all.At the current Prime price of £19.99 for a month’s supply, we can’t recommend these. If they were significantly cheaper, then it might be worth ‘throwing them at’ a persistent cough you may have, but in most people they just aren’t necessary.

My family all caught a viral infection over Christmas/New Year that left us with a persistent cough. I know that coughs can last for several weeks but the coughing fits were quite bad at times. As these capsules contain natural ingredients, I didn't think that these could be harmful.These capsules are small and easy to swallow. I didn't smell or taste anything discernable. After taking these for a couple of weeks my coughing fits have subsided. I don't know if it is the capsules or the cough naturally clearing up over time.At the current price of £19 these are expensive for a Months supply. I don't know if I would buy them again as I'm not entirely convinced that they worked.

Ive been taking these but there’s been no change in my cough at all, maybe you gave to take them for a few weeks but by then my medicine will have stopped it They’re easy enough to take but I feel expensive
