Comfy product and easy to use and assemble. Having three different resistance band sets is great too so you can change up the level of workout

Unfortunately my item was faulty but the supplier were excellent and extremely helpful......hence the 5 stars.

I'm 5'5 and this was the right size for me. If you're taller then the head rest would be too low to put your head back. The seat and back rest are very comfortable. I've no stomach muscles which is why I need this to support me whilst I do sit ups, so the heavy duty spring is just the right amount of support. As my abs strengthen then I will consider using the smaller springs. I feel my abs strengthening after only a few days but think it will be some time before I change the springs. It was tricky to figure out how to fit the springs and the spring protector but with a bit of trial and error, I figured it out. I'm wondering if some of the bad reviews are from people not setting it up correctly.

Instructions state tuck your buttocks in base of rollers and let your head rest on top rung. if your 6 foot or over its a rung short at the top!!!My shoulders rest on top rung so there's no head rest for me !!!To get my head to rest on top rung I have sit so far forward on the seat I'm almost of the seat.So don't buy if your 6 foot there is no adjustment for height .In the instruction video all the athlete's are smallish!!

Neck rest is far too, im 5 foot 6 and too tall for it.Resistance bands are no where near strong enough and I certainly dont have good ab muscles.For me this product is unfortunately unuseable
