When Stella was Very, Very Small (Stella and Sam Books)

Loved the story, loved the characters and the content. No hidden or obvious agenda. Safe to read with your kid if you are a concerned parent.

My 4 year old adores the Stella books so we have ended up buying them all one by one. This was a recent addition to the collection and is quickly becoming our favorite. As usual the illustrations are beautiful and the tone is wistful, but this one is something special. It captures the magic of early childhood as well as its brevity - my favorite line describes how she no longer thinks words are ants and can read the stories they tell to her brother. It seems to be my daughter's favorite Stella book, and it is by far my favorite. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a beautiful book and wonderful story. The book was in perfect condition. I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for high quality children’s books. I record reading the books in this series for a local children’s hospital. The pictures are nice and crisp on the videos. I hope it inspires the kids to buy the books for themselves (or ask for them as gifts) and sparks their interest in reading for a lifetime.

The Stella stories are wonderful. The stories are sweet and the illustrations are fantastic.

Beautiful story to tell. Wonderful images. The ESL class (4 years old kids) I teach has enjoyed it. Stella helped them understand how the things and world change while they grow up. The way we build meaning and how we all go through alike stages.

The books are darling. The illustrations are very pretty. I bought this book for my future Granddaughter. She is supposed to be born in October and her name is going to be Stella Rose. The books are perfect.

Books always good for child no matter what age Recommend for anyone one with children or grandchildren to be read to.

Wonderful book series to share with your children or grandchildren. The illustrations are so sweet and the colors too. So cute to see what adventures go on with Stella and her little brother Sam.

These books are weirdly narrated with a lot of “Stella said”, “Sam said”, “said Stella”, “said Sam”. Hard to read to our daughter. Pictures are nice tho.
