Initial device issue resolved after replacement
7 Nov 2025 6:50 PM I received the product a few days ago. I opened the package, charged the device, and tried to turn it on using the power button. However, the device doesn’t turn on — the green light doesn’t appear, even when I hold the power button for a while. The device has never turned on since I received it. It seems like I received a defective unit. After a few weeks, I received a replacement device, and the new unit is working well

NOT COMFORTABLE TO ME !!
The seller should be update the price because the item is offered 1300 DH on the official UAE website of company !! and after my experience i guess it not convenient to me because i feel pain and electricity shocks after used !! I recommended to fit king massage gun easy and comfortable use and also cheaper than this !
