Firstly this is a quality set of router cutters each one costing less than a cup of coffee, excellent value for money. Trend is the go to router company and their products are premium and these cutters are no exception. They include the maximum rotation speed and depth of insert into the collett, both marked on the shank of the cutter. For those new to router work this is essential information, do not overspin the cutter. The carry case is useful and includes a cutter guide showing the cut profile of each cutter. Please do take the time to ensure each cutter is correctly located in the case to ensure you use the correct cutter for your needs. These cutters are sharp and leave a good clean cut and there are a variety of them to cover almost every application you may encounter. A good purchase at a good price.

Great set, good quality for the price but the case had a crack all the way along.

I brought these to practice my routing skills as I'm a new comer to this, not disappointed at all good quality bits.

The set itself is a good value, and provides good selection of bits at affordable place. At this point I used all of them at some capacity. Unfortunately one of them broke (bearing failed) on the first use (straight trim bit) - but upon contacting Trend support (via their uk website), they were very quick in dispatching a replacement, equivalent bit. This is the kind of service one expects, and what makes me want to stick with that brand for my woodworking tools needs (where available). thanks again Trend!

Nice cutters 👍

Received the boxed set of routers in an envelope. Three of the routers had become loose and were rattling around the inside of the case. There appears to be only minor damage to just one of the bits and probably one that I’m least likely to use. This is no reflection on the supplier as they sold a good product at a very good price. Maybe the packaging could have been a little better cushioned but the real fault lies with Trend and the design of there box not being fit for transport through the various parcel delivery stages.

Die Hartmetallschneiden sind zum Teil recht dünn. Der Preis ist erst mal sehr gut.

Je cherchais un jeu de fraises en 1/2" pour exploiter pleinement ma défonceuse Triton montée sous table, les fraises en 8mm étant bien trop petites pour certains travaux. Les anglo-saxons ne s'y sont pas trompés et leurs machines puissantes avec ces gros outils en font des "mini toupies" très efficaces. Les outils de cet ensemble sont de très bonne facture. Ils comportent toutes les formes de base classiques (dimensions en pouces) et même une fraise à copier de 25mm de coupe, ce qui me manquait cruellement. Il y a aussi une petite fraise droite de 4.8mm très utile pour travailler au gabarit (motifs et écritures) et une fraise à épaulements guidée. En résumé, c'est un ensemble qui se distingue nettement des habituels produits chinois par sa qualité et que je recommande vivement à ceux qui veulent aller plus loin avec une défonceuse (assez puissante et disposant d'une pince de 1/2").

Die Fräser befinden sich in einer stabilen Aufbewahrungsbox mit Klarsichtdeckel. Sie wirken gut und stabil Verarbeitet, ihre Schnitthaltigkeit muss sich noch erweisen. Sollte es da Negatives geben, werde ich berichten. Aber ACHTUNG: alle Maße in Zoll nicht metrisch!
