Good instructions

A very easy pattern although no way could you do it in the time they suggest. Looks good on, just one thing - for me the front neck line is just a tad high for me so although it looks OK, it feels slightly tight when wearing. I will definitely do this again in other views.

I made two tops very happy

So it took me quite a bit longer than an hour (Top A for sleeves), but still, it's a fairly straightforward sew, and I imagine the vest versions can be done in an hour no problem. As with all patterns, I had to make some alterations, but nothing major, just the neckline was a bit high on Top A. You can also lengthen the sleeves for a long or 3/4 length sleeve without much bother. As it's a fairly simple and quick sew, it was no bother to make a "test" version in a cheap fabric, and I actually wear this first version. Also as it works for COTTONS, yes this is a COTTON TOP PATTERN (how exciting!), your test can be in a fairly cheap cotton, and it's an easy fabric to work with. A great easy pattern, perfect for beginners and experienced sewers alike.

Patterns were easy enough to follow and cut out.
