Q: Does this pole have an open end to fit over a rebar?

1/2 inch rebar should work as the pole is basically a thin pipe .

Q: I bought this item without the bracket as I thought the one I had would fit this pole but it doesnt, can i buy just the bracket now?

Q: Will it hold 2 flags?

if they are back-to-back. as in both on the 2 clips i bought 2 flags that are not 2-sided, 1 was able to be upside down (no words and pic could go either way) so i have 2 on 1 pole
