It looks like it wouldnt work but works more effectively than the ones shaped like a giant syringe

Easy to use good to get wax out of ear if you use the oil for day or two before

I didn’t hold out much hope that this would do the trick. I had been experiencing my right ear slightly flogging after the last couple of showers but it had always cleared until a few days ago. I bought some ear drops from my local pharmacy to help soften the wax but over the next couple of days I lost the ability to hear out of the ear in question and it started hurting. I used a worm screw type kit my son had lent me and with a new ear piece set about trying to pulled the wax out but to no avail. I then ordered this and was amazed that after just one bulb full of warm water the ear was finally clear and my hearing had returned and the pain had immediately gone. If you have stubborn wax I would definitely gives this a try, it proved very effective in my case and may well prove the same for you.

Needed a device to gently irrigate ears which this does. Comes with olive oil drops too which was handy.

The 1 star is for the oil, the suction didn't remove anything for me or my partner. Save your money.
