It works fantastic! I was using a mug press for my tumblers and having to rotate and flip multiple times was frustrating. Which was why I bought this. I rotate once and it presses everything evenly, and I don't have ghosting on the top or bottom. My only dislike is the alarm is very loud when I'm trying to work after everyone is asleep.

This works great. 1st timer and I got 4 perfect tumblers right out of the box. One thing to mention is if you get this make sure the latch hook is screwed up to about 1/2 way and then do your trial fitting on your project. Mine was unscrewed all the way open and it was hard to tighten a 20 oz tumbler. This took me a while to figure out. Otherwise worked like a charm. Really wanted to like this, but ended up returning it. The product works great for what it is intended for, but is cumbersome to use. When you do get it set up right, it does well. The upgraded display and timer work much better than the cheaper ones. The drawback is its awkward to load and unload. It doesn't open large enough for any size cup, so you have to load from the side. Doesn't sound too bad at the outset, but it gets old. If you're only doing 1 or 2 cups at a time, you probably won't notice. If you're planning to sit down and do a dozen, it gets weird side loading it and getting it centered. The heat cord is on the opposite side as the power cord, which isn't a huge deal, but the unit advertises being compact. But w the cords sticking out the sides, takes up as much as other units, and makes it cumbersome. As mentioned, it does a good job as a heat press. I'm rating it 4 stars because it does that well. YOU just are going to do more work, awkwardly, and not get into a good rhythm using it for doing more than 1 or 2 at a time. The materials as better for the most part, but the clamp to close it is cheap, and again, cumbersome. If you're going to do a few, every now and then, and don't mind extra time and technique, it will do a good job. If you're planning to use it for a side business and use it on the regular, pick something easier to load with at least an equally good timer.

I was asked to try this tumbler press by the folks at Hitprex, and I happily agreed when I saw how small it is. I love the portability of this press. When I saw it doesn’t have a cross bar to open and close the press, I was a little concerned, but the latch or “buckle” system to close and open the press actually works really easily. The programming is relatively simple and there is a good instruction manual included. Also a pair of heat gloves, a roll of heat tape, and a couple extra fuses. Very pleased with this tumbler press.

I have been looking at different brands and there is a LOT of overwhelming info out there and everyone says theirs is the best. I chose this one because I found some YouTube videos from channels I trust that demoed this tumbler press. It is super easy to use, the instruction pamphlet may not be large but it is sufficient. So far, the 20 oz. skinny tumblers I have done came out perfect and it beats the heck out of trying to achieve the same with my mug press!

Both the original and replacement didn’t work ! The original it just kept reading error !! Replacement temp wouldn’t go past 100 !! But I was really wishing it worked so I could give a better review!!

I couldn't reach out to the seller, but they contacted me.Additionally after a half year of usage I figured out how to use it properly and my items turn out beautiful. Overall 4.5 stars. I keep this item, bubbles inside the press machin is okay, just have to push the air from there
